Key Responsibilities Meet and greet patients in a warm and professional manner Book appointments and manage schedules for consultants and secretaries Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, calls, and SMS Communicate with insurance companies to obtain authorisations and confirm coverage Provide treatment cost quotations to patients Assist with payment processing , allocation, and tracking of outstanding invoices Collect and input data for audits and patient satisfaction surveys
