This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and organised Medical Receptionist looking to join a professional and dynamic clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and greet patients in a warm and professional manner Book appointments and manage schedules for consultants and secretaries Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, calls, and SMS Communicate with insurance companies to obtain authorisations and confirm coverage Provide treatment cost quotations to patients Assist with payment processing, allocation, and tracking of outstanding invoices Collect and input data for audits and patient satisfaction surveys Organise staff diaries and clinical rotas Conduct audits and assist with Healthcare Commission compliance Deliver general cosmeceutical product knowledge upon patient request Help manage and follow up on patient complaints, maintaining accurate records
