This exciting and dynamic role will allow you to transform how our medical devices are delivered, tracked, and utilised across Greater London. As our Medical DevicesFleet Manager, youll be at the heart of our operational and commercial strategy, driving excellence in fleet performance and customer service.

This is a field-based role, covering the Greater London area, with occasional visits to our Watford HQ.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead the management of the RENASYS NPWT fleet across Greater London.
• Maintain and enhance fleet infrastructure and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with clinical, sales, and customer service teams to ensure optimal device utilisation.
• Analyse fleet data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage lost/damaged device billing and logistics issues with our nominated provider.
• Build and present customer-facing reports on device efficiency and lifecycle.
• Support quarterly customer reviews and contribute to shaping future logistics strategies.
• Utilise CRM tools to manage customer data and streamline communications.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-led decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
