This exciting and dynamic role will allow you to transform how our medical devices are delivered, tracked, and utilised across Greater London. As our Medical Devices Fleet Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operational and commercial strategy, driving excellence in fleet performance and customer service.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a field-based environment, an organised, proactive communicator with a passion for collaboration and problem-solving. If you enjoy working with data, building relationships, and making a real impact on patient care, this could be the perfect fit.

This is a field-based role, covering the Greater London area, with occasional visits to our Watford HQ.

What Will You Be Doing?

What Will You Need to Be Successful?

You’ll need solid experience in logistics management, preferably within the healthcare sector with an ability to navigate complex systems and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Strong communication is at the heart of this role. You’ll need to confidently engage with clinical, operational, and commercial teams, translating technical insights into clear, actionable information.

Your analytical mindset will shine through your ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports. You’ll be comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve operational efficiency.

You’ll also be someone who thrives in customer-facing situations—building trust, presenting insights, and supporting stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
