To give you an idea of how this Complex Care Nurse role would look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in: Work closely and collaboratively with the wider MDT
Utilise complex clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilator care
Attend all training and engage in CPD to further your clinical knowledge and promote nursing
Assist with performance management of junior staff, following the organisations policies and procedures
