Lead, manage, and develop Nurse Case Managers to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery Build trusted relationships with health and social care commissioners to support service growth Oversee clinical governance, including incidents, complaints, and safeguarding processes Maintain and develop clinical policies, procedures, and participation in a senior on-call rota About You
