Nocturnal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead an Ofsted regulated children's home. You will create a culture of excellence, lead a skilled and engaged workforce, and ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and statutory requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and manage a fully compliant Ofsted regulated service, achieving and maintaining at least a 'Good' rating with Outstanding as the goal

* Provide visionary leadership and coaching to inspire a skilled, engaged workforce committed to best practice and high-performance childcare

* Ensure the highest standards of person-centred childcare focused on obtaining the best outcomes for each child and young person

* Demonstrate strong safeguarding leadership, promoting an honest and open culture where safeguarding risks are acted upon immediately

* Maintain full compliance with Health and Safety policies and all mandated training and compliance targets
