BrightOak Care Ltd is a newly established Ofsted-registered children’s home providing therapeutic care for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Needs (EBD).

We are looking for a strong, experienced Registered Manager to lead and shape a 3-bed home from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to build a high-quality service, develop a team, and make a lasting impact on young people’s lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

\t•\tLeading the setup and daily running of the home

\t•\tEnsuring full Ofsted compliance and readiness for inspection

\t•\tBuilding, managing, and developing your staff team

\t•\tEmbedding a therapeutic, child-centred culture

\t•\tManaging placements, care plans, and outcomes

\t•\tWorking with local authorities and external professionals

\t•\tDriving continuous improvement and high standards

What We’re Looking For

\t•\tProven experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)

\t•\tSolid Ofsted knowledge with inspection experience

\t•\tLevel 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)

\t•\tStrong leadership and team-building ability

\t•\tExcellent safeguarding knowledge

\t•\tPassion for improving outcomes for children in care
