About the Role As a Senior Supervising Social Worker, you will be involved in recruiting, assessing, and supervising foster carers to ensure the delivery of excellent fostering services. You will support foster carers through regular visits, support groups, and training initiatives, maintaining high standards of care and safety. The role involves travel to foster carers' homes and participation in recruitment events, sometimes during evening or weekend hours. You will contribute to high-quality assessments, report writing, and the assessment of foster carers, working in compliance with relevant policies and standards.
