About the Role This is a field‑based management position where you will:

Lead, support, and develop a small team of Product Advisors

Travel daily across Oxford and surrounding postcodes

Conduct assessments with customers, often in partnership with physiotherapists and occupational therapists

Provide product expertise and ensure high‑quality service delivery
