Modality Partnership Birmingham Division has a full-time/part-time vacancy seeking a skilled and compassionate, experienced & qualified General Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting in various medical procedures at Smethwick Medical Centre. Main duties of the job

The role involves delivering evidence-based practice for patients with chronic conditions and providing preventative healthcare to the practice population. It requires critical thinking and skills in clinical decision-making for patient management. The role is not a standard 9am-5pm job; it requires innovation, flexibility, and commitment, with the postholder working resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are completed.
