Join B. Braun’s Orthopaedics Division as a Territory Manager, where you’ll lead the charge in expanding our market presence, building strong clinical relationships, and delivering innovative surgical solutions that improve patient outcomes.

- Location: Field Based (West Scotland)
- Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly
- Contract: Permanent
Your main responsibilities:
- Building a strong knowledge of our orthopaedics product portfolio
- Selling our portfolio to both new and existing customers
- Developing winning and repeatable sales strategies
- Building lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Attending meetings, exhibitions, demonstrations and workshops
- Keeping abreast of developments and trends within your specialism
- Achieving sales targets set for the territory
- Maintaining accurate records, forecasts and reports
What you need to succeed:
- We’re open to considering people from a variety of relevant backgrounds, including nursing and medical sales
- A working knowledge of surgery/theatre etiquette
- Confidence communicating and a flair for building strong relationships
- The ability to work enthusiastically using your own initiative
- A proactive and eager approach to learning
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- A full UK driving license and a willingness to travel
