Medical Negligence - Solicitor - Reading - Hybrid - up to £75,000 About the Job An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a top tier Legal 500 firm based in Reading. As the Medical Negligence department expands, the firm seeks an experienced Solicitor to join their successful team. In this role, you’ll manage a challenging caseload, handling cases from initial client instruction through to completion of fast and intermediate track cases. You will manage the entire process, including pre‑action investigation and litigation, working closely with clients to secure fair and just outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a complex caseload of Clinical Negligence claims and be familiar with all aspects of litigation. The Candidate
Medical Negligence Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive (NQ - 8 years PQE) Experience of managing own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims Litigation experience is desirable and knowledge of the Damages Claims Portal (DCP) Prioritise and manage a varied caseload Excellent organisation and time‑management skills Excellent client care skills
