NQ Solicitor - Medical Law

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a highly respected medical law team in Cambridge. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build a long-term career in healthcare litigation and advisory work with a top tier national practice.

The Role:

You'll work alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of healthcare-related matters, including:

- Clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Truss and private healthcare providers

- Inquests and inquiries

- Regulatory and disciplinary proceedings

- Risk management and advisory work for healthcare clients

You'll be given early responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to work on high-value, complex cases as part of a nationally recognised team.

About You:

- Recently qualified solicitor (or qualifying in the next few months)

- strong interest in medical/clinical negligence or healthcare law

- Some prior experience in healthcare, personal injury, insurance litigation or similar is advantageous

- Excellent drafting, analytical and client care skills

- A genuine interest in developing expertise in the healthcare sector
