Pride Health is seeking dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS/CLS/MT) or Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) to join their clinical lab team. The ideal candidate will perform and evaluate test procedures, contribute to test method development, and assist with training new staff and students. Key Responsibilities:

Perform, evaluate, and correlate moderate to high-complexity laboratory test procedures. Ensure compliance with CAP/CLIA standards and internal quality protocols. Assist in the evaluation and selection of test methods and instrumentation. Train and mentor new hires and students in clinical lab processes. Participate in administrative and non-routine technical tasks as assigned. Maintain documentation for quality control and compliance. Be available for rotating weekends, holidays, overtime, and emergency response coverage.

Qualifications:

Education: Associate’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology OR Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

Certification (Required): ASCP certification required

Experience:

Entry-level and experienced candidates welcome (new grads encouraged to apply)
