We’re excited to be working alongside our client for this position within a renowned pharmaceutical company.

This role is responsible for leading the UK & Western Europe Medical Team, initially focusing on maximizing engagement for their upcoming launch in these regions. It is the perfect position for an experienced Medical Affairs Leader looking for their first Above Country role which has excellent growth potential as well as internal development opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the UK & Western Europe Medical Team to ensure high engagement and successful product launch.

Establish strategic initiatives and oversee line management of field and HQ staff.

Qualifications

• Line management (ideally a mix of field & HQ)
• Final Signatory status
• GMC Registered Physician
• Strategic mindset, driven.
