We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Care Support Worker to join our team at a leading Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Bradford. The role involves working with primary-aged children who require specialised medical and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide medical care and support to primary-aged children with special educational needs, including administering medication and attending to their health needs. Assist with daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children. Support the children with personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance. Work closely with teachers, healthcare professionals, and parents to ensure the best possible care and support for the children. Monitor and document the children's health and development, communicating any concerns to the appropriate staff.
