Brook Street working on behalf of our Belfast client located in South Belfast who are looking for an experienced Medical Administrator/ Receptionist to join their dedicated team
The candidate hired for this role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the practice and your responsibilities will include:
Managing patient bookings, correspondence, and records
Handling incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and empathy
Supporting clinicians with accurate data entry and scheduling
Liaising with other healthcare professionals and services
Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, data protection, and healthcare regulations
Criteria:
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare administration role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using internal CRM systems
A calm and professional approach under pressure
