This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to work within a quality-driven kitchen, known for delivering refined, seasonal dishes in a relaxed yet professional environment. This Chef de Partie position offers the chance to work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, supporting a team focused on high standards of presentation and consistency. Ideally, the Chef de Partie will have experience working to 2 Rosette standards, although the business is open to developing a Chef de Partie who shows genuine passion, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: Running a designated section as a Chef de Partie, ensuring consistency and quality at all times. Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard in line with the kitchen’s expectations. Supporting senior chefs and mentoring junior team members where required.
