About the Job
This role reports to the Immunology Global Medical team within the Specialty Care organization. Our Medical function acts as a strategic partner across commercial, regulatory, clinical, and market access teams to support patients' needs. The team is dedicated to scientific exploration and developing first-in-class treatments for chronic dermatologic, respiratory, rheumatologic, and gastrointestinal diseases.
The Global Medical Director will lead the development and execution of medical plans for Amlitelimab (anti-OX40L) in respiratory and GI indications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, data generation, and communication planning.

Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as an internal expert supporting evidence generation strategies for Amlitelimab globally in respiratory and GI indications.
- Support data generation by aligning global and local efforts.
- Establish partnerships with local and global medical teams for communication and KOL development.
- Assist in developing and training local medical teams.
- Build relationships across global, regional, and local markets to facilitate best practice sharing.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and industry guidelines.
About You
Education:
Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (M.D., PhD, or PharmD).
Experience:
- Significant immunology experience, preferably in gastroenterology.
- Experience in clinical development and/or medical affairs at a global or regional level.
- Experience in clinical research and patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
- Proficiency in public speaking.
- 8+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry or related immunology experience.
- Commitment to innovation.
- Experience collaborating across functions including medical, marketing, research, and regulatory teams.
