Hays are seeking a Maintenance Technician / Fabric / Handyperson to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general maintenance tasks across the office block.
Repair and maintain taps, siphons, drains, and tanks.
Unblock toilets and drainage systems.
Adjust and repair door closers and hinges.
Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance engineering.
Plumbing skills essential.
Ability to work independently and respond to urgent issues.
