Location: Macclesfield
Monday to Friday, 9am5pm (with occasional weekend on-call)

Your Role

As Registered Manager, you will:

Lead the day-to-day running of the childrens home
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children and young people
Lead, motivate, and develop the residential care team
Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding requirements, and internal policies
Oversee quality of care, performance, staffing, and service development
Build strong relationships with children, families, social workers, and external professionals
Drive continuous improvement and support the home towards Outstanding inspection outcomes

What Were Looking For:

Minimum 3 years experience in a senior role within childrens EBD residential care
Previous leadership or management experience in a childrens home
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Willingness to work towards or hold Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
Full UK driving licence
