£55,000 £63,000 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, previous registration history, and home size)

As Registered Manager, you will:

• Lead the day-to-day running of the childrens home
• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children and young people
• Lead, motivate, and develop the residential care team
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding requirements, and internal policies
• Oversee quality of care, performance, staffing, and service development
• Build strong relationships with children, families, social workers, and external professionals
• Drive xbpsjku continuous improvement and support the home towards Outstanding inspection outcomes

• Minimum 3 years experience in a senior role within childrens EBD residential care
• Previous leadership or management experience in a childrens home
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Willingness to work towards or hold Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
• Full UK driving licence
