Your role
As Chef De Partie, you'll be a key part of the kitchen brigade:- Prepare ingredients and dishes, maintaining quality and consistency
- Manage your section and ensure high standards are met
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices
- Support stock rotation, labelling, and minimise waste
- Work closely with the team of chefs and Front of House during busy service
- Continue developing your skills in a professional kitchen
What we're looking for
- Experience in high-quality kitchens
- Passion for fresh food, presentation, and seasonal cooking
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
