Location: Reading Start Date: ASAP Pay Scale: £89.00 - £100.00 per day

Do you have experience working with children who require additional support to manage their behaviour and engagement in school?

A supportive and inclusive school in Reading is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team as soon as possible. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to helping students overcome behavioural barriers and succeed in their education.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who may display challenging behaviours, helping them to build positive relationships and develop self-regulation skills.

This Behaviour Mentor role will involve: * Providing 1:1 support for pupils with behavioural needs * Supporting students in managing emotions and behaviour * Implementing behaviour management strategies * Promoting positive engagement with learning * Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams * ASAP start

The school is looking for someone with experience in education, youth work, or a support-based role, who can build strong relationships and remain calm under pressure.
