A welcoming school in Reading is looking for a proactive and supportive Behaviour Mentor to work with students who require additional guidance with behaviour and emotional regulation.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who benefit from structured support to remain engaged with their learning. You will provide one-to-one mentoring, help implement behaviour strategies, and support pupils in building positive relationships within the school environment.
