About the Role We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Medical Affairs professional to join a global biopharmaceutical organization as part of the Medical Engagement Excellence (MedEngageX) team. This team plays a vital role in ensuring healthcare professionals are educated on the appropriate use of medicines and are equipped to improve patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will act as a strategic leader within the Medical matrix organization, translating global medical vision into effective field execution across therapeutic areas, with a primary focus on Hematology/Cell Therapy and potential expansion into solid tumor oncology.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Contribute to global medical strategic planning via AIMS teams, Launch teams, and other matrix forums. Represent the voice of Field Medical (FM) teams in the development of medical strategies and plans. Drive pullthrough of medical strategies and initiatives relevant to FM objectives.
