Role: As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the company, overseeing the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects. Under the guidance of the Senior Account Manager, your responsibilities span a wide range, including but not limited to:


Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for project oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes within agreed-upon deadlines and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress using designated project management systems, ensuring alignment with established outcomes, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Drive organic growth within existing client relationships by actively identifying opportunities and presenting innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives, actively engaging in the development of communication strategies, crafting tactical proposals, preparing budgets, and presenting at pitches as required.
  • Provide sales forecasts, meet revenue targets, oversee project delivery to financial targets, and manage client negotiations.


Requirements:

To be the ideal candidate you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of a degree qualification.
  • At least 2 years' experience in successfully managing client projects within medical communications agency.
  • Embrace a considerate approach to bring out the best from both clients and agency team members.
  • Display excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
