Over in South Wales there's a team that covers and supports Children with Complex Needs and Disabilities - a team dedicated to best outcomes for children and families who are in need of support.
You will be working within multi-agency settings and liaising with healthcare professionals. Basis of the role in Child Protection centered however you will be mainly supporting Children with Complex Need and their families.
