Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

London or Hertfordshire | Up to £75,000 + Package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking construction consultancy, working across a diverse portfolio of industrial, commercial, and high-end residential projects.

Based out of either the London or Hertfordshire office, you will play a key role in the delivery of projects from inception to completion, operating across all RIBA stages. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and confident managing projects independently, while also contributing as part of a collaborative team.

Attributes:

• MRICS qualification (essential)
• A solid background in quantity surveying with experience across relevant sectors
• The ability to manage your own projects and workload confidently
• Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle and the RIBA Plan of Work
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
