Due to multiple new business wins for 2026 we’re looking for exceptional experienced medical writer(s)/ scientific team lead(s) to join our Scientific Services team. We are specifically looking for individuals with 4–5 years+ Med Comms/Med Affairs agency experience.
We’re looking for people who can bring scientific rigour, creative thinking, and strategic insight to a broad range of projects.
What you’ll bring:
Proven expertise in writing high-quality, scientifically accurate content across diverse therapy areas
Experience working in a fast-paced medical communications agency environment
Ability to lead projects, mentor others, and collaborate across internal teams and with clients
Passion for translating complex science into meaningful, engaging communications
You will work with a talented team and be supported by people who have enormous experience and expertise to share.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical:
- Educated to at least bachelor’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 4+ years’ experience of working within the scientific writing team in a Medical Communications/Advertising agency
- Proficient in standard software packages (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Soft skills:
- Energetic and hard-working, with a professional and mature attitude and demeanour, attention to detail and excellent quality-control skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team to achieve a shared goal
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and balance several priorities, pressures, and demands
- Good communication skills for both internal and external audiences
- Recognise the need for change and be positive about new opportunities, proactively promoting change and being respectful of new ideas
