Job Description: Civil / Structural Engineer
We are seeking a Civil / Structural Engineer with Chartered level of experience to join our rapidly growing maritime business. Your work will range from technical design of new berths to managing and developing team members as part of wider project delivery. As a Senior Engineer, you will join a highly collaborative team engaged in diverse high-profile maritime projects, including container terminals, berths, ports, marinas, jetties, coastal protection, shipyards, and waterfront developments.
Our maritime team leads port and marine projects, collaborating with environmental, consenting, buildings, MEP, and other disciplines. We work closely with our global Ports, Marine, and Waterways Service Line, supporting colleagues across Nordics, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Americas, and other regions.
Our projects include sustainable initiatives like the British Antarctic Survey harbours, London Gateway port extension, Dover’s Western Docks Revival, Portland’s deep water berth, Hull’s floating cruise terminal, and floating ferry terminals on the River Thames.
Growth and Development

- A Bachelor's/Master’s degree or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Chartered status (CEng) or working towards Chartership
- Knowledge of CDM regulations, Eurocodes, and British Standards
