About the Role:

Your role will involve developing compelling front end designs that not only communicate design intent clearly but also capture the innovative spirit of each project. Working within an internationally focused team, you’ll be at the forefront of projects that push boundaries in hospitality design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, front end visual presentations and design communications that effectively convey project concepts.

• Utilize strong illustration and drawing skills to create clear, engaging design narratives and presentations.

• Contribute to the development of design strategies and visual concepts for hotel projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams, both local and international, to support the overall design process.

• Work with Revit to the extent required, supporting design development and coordination across project stages.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• 4-5+ years of experience as a front end designer, with significant exposure to hotel projects.

• Demonstrated strength in front end visual storytelling, with excellent illustration and hand drawing skills.

• Experience with international projects is preferable, providing insight into global design trends and culturally diverse contexts.

• A background in architecture or interior design, showcasing a strong foundational understanding of design principles and spatial strategies.

• Revit proficiency is highly desirable, supporting integration within multidisciplinary design workflows.
