Job Summary:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing relationships and overseeing the delivery of multiple projects. You will act as a client account lead or captain, responsible for executing parallel projects and coaching junior team members, ensuring effective project delivery alongside the account lead or sponsor.

You will also be expected to understand the overall programme across your accounts, participate in strategic planning, manage finances, and develop your leadership skills to manage upwards and downwards based on project needs.
