Job Opportunity: Sales Lead in Land & Defence Systems
Are you a recent military veteran or experienced sales professional seeking a new challenge? We are supporting a UK Defence SME in hiring a Sales Lead to join their team, working alongside the pursuit lead to cover their Land & Joint portfolio.
Role Responsibilities:
- Sell business services and products within the Land domain.
- Generate revenue directly with the MOD and through engagement with Primes, OEMs, and SIs.
- Take products to market and close deals with customers across the domain.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline through strategy, networking, and events.
- Collaborate with the Business Development lead and conduct sales activities throughout the sales cycle.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Experience in the Land domain, specifically C2ISR systems, Signals, or infrastructure.
- A proactive 'hunter' mentality with strong networking skills and the ability to identify opportunities.
