Job Opportunity: Sales Lead in Land & Defence Systems

Are you a recent military veteran or experienced sales professional seeking a new challenge? We are supporting a UK Defence SME in hiring a Sales Lead to join their team, working alongside the pursuit lead to cover their Land & Joint portfolio.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Sell business services and products within the Land domain.
  2. Generate revenue directly with the MOD and through engagement with Primes, OEMs, and SIs.
  3. Take products to market and close deals with customers across the domain.
  4. Build and manage the sales pipeline through strategy, networking, and events.
  5. Collaborate with the Business Development lead and conduct sales activities throughout the sales cycle.
