Job Description
This is a great role for an immaculately presented and team-focussed Front of Clinic Receptionist/ Administrator to work for a relatively new and upcoming private medical centre near the centre of Ascot but with its own off road parking. The position includes -

- Managing patient appointments and scheduling consultations efficiently \n\t
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries with professionalism and empathy \n\t
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with data protection regulations \n\t
- Preparing and processing medical correspondence, reports, and documentation \n\t
- Assisting with billing procedures and insurance documentation as required \n\t
- Coordinating communication between healthcare providers, patients, and external organisations \n\t
- Ensuring the reception area remains organised, welcoming, and professional at all times \n\t
- Supporting other administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the practice \n
Qualifications
\n\n- \n\t
- Prior office experience is essential preferably within a healthcare setting \n\t
- Strong administrative experience demonstrating organisational skills and attention to detail \n\t
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal \n\t
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent programmes \n\t
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion \n\t
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively \n\t
- A professional demeanour with a friendly approach towards patients and colleagues \n
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 6PM
