Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and delivery of high-quality desserts, breads, and baked goods to 2 Rosette standards. Contribute to menu development with new ideas and seasonal creations. Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety standards. Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team, supporting smooth service. Ensure mise en place is maintained to a high level. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a rosette-level or fine dining kitchen is preferred. Genuine passion for pastry and attention to detail. Reliable, calm under pressure, and a strong team player. Eager to learn and progress within a professional kitchen.
