Our client is a rapidly expanding FinTech company that has built a leading funding platform. With strong backing from top private equity and venture capital firms, they are now entering a critical phase of growth and scaling their operations significantly.

We are supporting them to hire an Operations Analyst, in a role which sits as part of a dynamic team as the heartbeat of the business. The position will work closely with Technology, Product, Trading, Legal and Client Onboarding.

The key requirements of the role will be to:

• Support various stages of the Fixed Term Fund issuance process.
• Coordinate with fund administrators and external service providers.
• Monitor trade processing, payments, and settlement activities.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare reports.
• Contribute to projects focused on optimising daily operations and launching new products.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Proficiency with numerical data and spreadsheet tools.
• Keen interest in financial markets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Motivated, proactive, and committed to high-quality work.

This role is London based, working within a hybrid working model.
