The Role

The Purpose of the Role:

  1. Receive and respond to customer inquiries through various channels – phone, email, letters, webchat, video call, and social media.
  2. Keep up to date with product knowledge and the latest trends, such as superfoods, popular supplements, and special diets.
  3. Provide a personalized nutrition service to customers using evidence-based nutrition knowledge. Discuss specific product recommendations as well as general lifestyle and wellbeing advice in a friendly and professional manner.
  4. Provide support, promote, and process sales of supplements, food, and beauty products.
  5. Liaise with PR team to provide written articles on hot nutrition, health, and wellness topics.
  6. Support and help internal colleagues (including store staff) with product advice and knowledge.
  7. Provide an exceptional customer experience.
  8. Provide updates and insights regarding nutrition queries, questions, and trends to internal stakeholders and management.
  9. Have a flexible approach to the needs of the business.
  10. Develop and maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of working processes and procedures for dealing with customer inquiries.
  11. KPI accountability.

The Person

Key Requirements:

  1. Qualified Nutritionist
  2. Registered member of the Association for Nutrition (AfN)
  3. Passion for nutrition, health, wellbeing, and our products
  4. Experience in providing a high standard of customer service
  5. Good team player
  6. Ability to multitask
  7. Friendly and empathetic approach with the ability to answer customer inquiries professionally, friendly, and timely
