Role Overview

We are seeking two new Non-Executive Board Members to support our strategic direction and provide insight and challenge during a time of change and progress.

Candidate Backgrounds

We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in:

• Finance: Financial leadership, governance, senior-level experience, and qualifications, with expertise in treasury management, funding strategies, and liquidity management.
• Development: Housing development, regeneration, or property experience, especially in large-scale residential or mixed-use projects, land acquisition, and partnerships.

Time Commitment

• 12-18 days per year, including meetings and development activities
• Meetings are typically held on-site in Hoddesdon or virtually for committees
• Our new HQ will open in Cheshunt in 2025
• Standard term is three years, renewable for up to six years
