Job Description:

We are seeking healthcare professionals to join our team supporting Medical Treatment Facilities and Health Clinics within the U.S. Army Europe and other Department of Defense agencies in Europe, including the US Navy and US Air Forces.

Position: Medical Services Coordinator

Location: US Army Europe

Start Date: October 1, 2025

Type: Full Time

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED; completion of Administrative Assistant program
• Two years experience in U.S. Military Healthcare or civilian managed care environment
• Experience in a medical office or clinic setting
• Experience with Healthcare Computer Systems like CHCS

Responsibilities:

• Support Referral Management Center services such as appointment scheduling, benefits advice, referral tracking, and customer service
