Our Client is a Private Healthcare Organisation are looking for a temporary Medical Secretary for an ongoing, full time role on an excellent hourly rate.

As a Medical Secretary, you will provide integral administrative support to the medical team, ensuring seamless operations in a dynamic, clinical environment. This involves managing diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Registered Clinicians by drafting letters, reports, and general documentation
* Act as minute-taker during meetings chaired by Medical Director, SMT, or ad hoc sessions
* Transcribe, proofread, and edit documents, ensuring high standards of accuracy
* Coordinate regulatory paperwork and participate in its administration
* Manage clinician schedules and diary coordination, including arranging conference calls
* Liaise with external agencies and practices to gather updates on service users and GP correspondence
* Handle all incoming enquiries and communications efficiently
Requirements
* Administration or secretarial experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
* Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office suite essential)
* Audio typing experience preferred
* Strong communication and organisational abilities
* At least 4 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
