Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with assigned Consultants to oversee patient caseloads, delivering top-notch administrative support. Serve as the first point of contact for patients-booking appointments, answering queries, and relaying messages. Handle telephone and email inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
