Our large consulting client operates within the Defence industry, providing advice and support during technology adoption and implementation.
The successful candidate will develop and implement business change strategies to facilitate technology adoption.
You should have experience within Defence/Government organisations, an understanding of their practices, and demonstrable experience in technology-focused change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, support, manage, and deliver business change activities across technical implementation and adoption projects for Defence/Government clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology usage aligns with organisational goals and maximise the value from technology investments.
- Develop work plans for implementing new technology solutions.
- Provide training and support to ensure successful technology adoption.
- Identify potential roadblocks and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Measure the success of adoption processes and adjust strategies as needed.
- Assess current technology usage and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on best practices and capabilities of relevant technologies.
- Support business development through proposals and industry engagement.
Key Skills:
- Experience in a technical change role within Defence/Government.
- Consulting experience and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Proven ability in leadership alignment, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and end-user training.
- Experience in developing and executing organisational change management plans.
- Desirable: experience in cloud transformation.
- Experience in leading and planning training programmes for technology adoption.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
- Experience in leading business development activities related to technology adoption.
