Do you love words and science? Want to turn complex medical info into content that makes people go “ah, now I get it”? As a junior medical copywriter, you will work with experienced writers and creative teams to help create impactful healthcare communications from websites to animation scripts, exhibition stands to patient leaflets.

No two days will be the same and you will get to learn, grow and flex your writing skills while making a real difference in the world of healthcare.

What you will be doing:

• Writing and editing content (with guidance) for both digital and print projects

• Turning tricky medical details into engaging, clear and accurate stories

• Working with designers, strategists and client teams to bring ideas to life

• Backing up your words with proper research and references

• Learning the ins and outs of healthcare brands and patient needs

• Attending meetings and brainstorming sessions to pitch creative ideas

What we are looking for:

• A degree in life sciences such as biology, biomedical sciences or pharmacology

• A keen interest in healthcare, medicine or science

• Strong writing skills (bonus points if you have ever explained something complicated to a friend and made it sound simple)

• Curiosity, attention to detail and a team player attitude

• Willingness to learn and take feedback on board
