Join a leading specialist IT technology recruitment agency in Leeds. We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level tech positions, building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

The Role

Manage full recruitment lifecycle, develop relationships, source high-caliber candidates, and contribute to team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the tech sector
• Source candidates through networking, headhunting, and referrals
• Manage recruitment process from job briefing to placement and aftercare
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining service standards
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development
• Stay updated with industry trends and market movements

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, or Software Development
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding billing targets
• Strong network within the technology industry
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Business development and commercial acumen
• CRM proficiency and database management skills

• Competitive salary £25,000 - £40,000 (higher for high achievers)
• Uncapped commission with OTE £50,000 - £80,000
