IT Support Engineer | £250 Per/Day (Outside IR35) | 3 Days per Week Onsite (London) Here at Burns Sheehan, we are working exclusively with an industry leading FinTech scale-up who are looking to add to their IT Support function. They are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join for an initial 3-Month period to help resolve 1st and 2nd Line issues. You will work with a fellow engineer and reporting into the Head of Security, to act as the 1st point of contact for all End User Support Issues. Requirements / Tech-Stack: 1st and 2nd Line Support for internal Infrastructure Mac / Windows troubleshooting experience Google Workspace knowledge as well as experience with Slack (preferable) Experience working with Communication, AV Systems, Printing Services, Networking Project Management / Delivery end-to-end Excellent Communication and Service skills If you're someone keen to get stuck in and develop within a role and are interested, please apply!
