Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 5 Category Managers & Buyers.
• Creating and executing the end-to-end procurement strategy.
• Developing long-term relationships with global suppliers.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Finance, NPD, and Engineering.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing procurement.
• Experience working with global suppliers.
• Experience in upskilling and managing a procurement team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for procurement and supply chain management.
