General Practitioner or GP Partner
Location: London
This role offers the opportunity to shape capital formation strategies, collaborate with experienced operators, and co-lead a focused acquisitions vehicle with long-term equity potential. You will be key in securing investor commitments and building a scalable SPV model for future deals.
Your Responsibilities:
Drive the capital raising strategy for the SPV (target: £10M+).
Manage investor relationships from outreach to closing.
Assist in creating investment materials, deal memos, term sheets, and cap tables.
Participate in post-close governance, capital deployment, and LP communications.
Who You Are:
Proven experience raising capital for SPVs, funds, or private placements (£50M–£250M+).
Existing network of investors, including family offices, UHNW individuals, or private equity allocators.
Experience with deal-by-deal investments or independent sponsor models.
Comfortable with term negotiations, LP expectations, and compliance frameworks.
Bonus: familiarity with royalty funds, licensing deals, IP-backed structures, or media finance.
