About the Client:
We are currently recruiting an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant on behalf of our client, a prestigious global investment firm based in London. This Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to a group of both senior and junior investment professionals, working closely with colleagues in the global administrative team.

**Interested applicants must be available to start early June and commit to an FTC of 12 months.**

About the Executive Assistant role:
The successful Executive Assistant will support approximately 9 people (though this can increase and decrease depending on workload and company need). It includes MDs, Principals, VPs, EDs and Senior Associates.
  • Diary management and coordinating meetings/interviews across multiple time zones
  • Domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Call handling and phone coverage
  • Processing expenses for the team
  • Email cover for London-based EA colleagues when required
  • Liaise with external vendors and business partners
  • Assist with planning and coordination of office events and catering
  • Handle sensitive documents such as contracts, invoices, and presentations
  • Manage document signature processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain and replenish kitchen and office supplies as needed

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Additional Details:
  • The flexibility to work beyond core hours as required
  • Salary up to 70K depending on relevant experience
  • 12 month FTC starting early June
