About the Client:
We are currently recruiting an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant on behalf of our client, a prestigious global investment firm based in London. This Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to a group of both senior and junior investment professionals, working closely with colleagues in the global administrative team.
**Interested applicants must be available to start early June and commit to an FTC of 12 months.**
About the Executive Assistant role:The successful Executive Assistant will support approximately 9 people (though this can increase and decrease depending on workload and company need). It includes MDs, Principals, VPs, EDs and Senior Associates.
- Diary management and coordinating meetings/interviews across multiple time zones
- Domestic and international travel arrangements
- Call handling and phone coverage
- Processing expenses for the team
- Email cover for London-based EA colleagues when required
- Liaise with external vendors and business partners
- Assist with planning and coordination of office events and catering
- Handle sensitive documents such as contracts, invoices, and presentations
- Manage document signature processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Maintain and replenish kitchen and office supplies as needed
- Highly motivated and professional Executive Assistant candidates with a collaborative mindset
- Strong integrity, reliability, and a proactive approach to work
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive attitude who can also work independently
- A strong work ethic and eagerness to take initiative
- Open to learning and ready to take on new responsibilities
- Relevant Team/Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- The flexibility to work beyond core hours as required
- Salary up to 70K depending on relevant experience
- 12 month FTC starting early June
